A wonderful hotel with attentive and helpful staff.

A very comfortable place.

Small but very cost and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and provides a complete range of amenities for guests including free coffee, soft drinks and even free supper every night. Free shuttle service is provided to the train station and Disneyland. Excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Disney parks. Couldn’t ask for anything more, except a bigger space but this is Tokyo.

The room at Hilton Tokyo Bay was excellent! The staff tried their best to minimise my waiting time during check in, thank you very much. Spacious room for my family, 3 adults and 2 kids. Everything was perfect including the buffet dinner we had, the only downside is that 2-3 restaurants were closed on Wednesday, which is the day we were there as we were only staying for a night. But overall a wonderful experience!

Check-in process was very smooth and fast. Staff were helpful and we found the hotel shuttle bus very convenient for the guests. We were given a room with a view of Disneyland and caught the fireworks on our last night - it was amazing and the kids had a really good stay with the bunk beds.

Room was wonderfully themed, cleaned and warm in winter. Staff is helpful but can be a little friendlier. Shuttle service to Disneyland and the monorail helps a lot! Would come again.

Lovely hotel at a excellent location. There’s family mart and food outlet nearby. Room is compact but good enough for a family of 2 adults 2 kids. Bath room can be cleaner. The bath tub seems a little dirty on the first day.

It's about 15 min walk to Disneyland. Coming back to hotel, take the more frequent shuttle to Ambassador hotel, then walk back from there to mystay. It takes about 5 min quick walk Lawson is about 5 min walk. Bkft was served up to 0930. I went for bkft at 0845. And finished slightly after 0930. The lady native was very brash to inform you that bkft finishes at 0930. If u are still there at bkft at 0931, be prepared to be chided. They are very punctual and expect that from us too. The...

Hotel is just opposite Shiomi Station. Room is well cleaned and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

To have visitors pick up the toiletries from the lobby is an excellent idea to reduce wastage of resources. The toiletries were of good quality. Hotel is conveniently linked to a Family Mart, making any snack and supper purchase convenient. The breakfast has a good spread too.
