This was probably one of the best places we have stayed at. Everyone was extremely helpful as we were out of country guests. Everything was as pictured as far as room & hotel itself. The breakfast was amazing. Restaurant on site provided some of the best food weā€™ve ever eaten.

Lovely hotel stayed a few times. Only slight niggles - room was boiling and fan temerrure wouldnā€™t go down and strange clicking noise in room but very minor points

Exactly what we needed
Stayed here for Hyrox in Manchester and the location to the event was so close. Great coffee shop across the road and the wellness spa was a great find the night before the competition.

Disappointing
We like the hotel and have stayed there many times, but on this occasion we felt the room was tired looking and very disappointing....stains on the carpet and the skirting boat, carpet ripped etc....also no instructions on how to use the safe. Just little things that add up We have booked in again on February 8 and hope for much better

First visit - will not be the last
First start here and very impressed. Relatively spacious room on the 3rd floor with a comfy bed, good soundproofing and a nice layout. Very friendly staff at reception and the bar. Will definitely stay again.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was modern and comfortable. You can see marks on the carpet and scuffs on the walls in the room, but I think thatā€™s expected in a busy hotel. Breakfast was the only thing which could be improved. The full selection of items were not available (they were being prepared at different times), so we had to go up to the buffet several times and eat one part of our full English at a time.

Great stay. Lovely modern hotel. Stayed here just before covid and the room was a lot cleaner last time, quite dusty this stay and the bathroom mirror was dirty. Also breakfast was better last time with not as much choice this time especially with lack of fresh fruit

Lovely hotel at a great price. Convenient parking (not free) in an area with restaurants, bars and cinemas but a 15 min walk to centre. Would recommend highly.

Clean friendly hotel
Lovely hotel , friendly and helpful staff . Enormous bed !! We loved the bath being in the bedroom. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Lotsof choice . We would definitely recommend this hotel šŸ˜Š

It was a good stay, just a few small things unfortunately stopped it from being a great stay. Shower drainage made annoying random noise in the night awaking me. Apart from this was a good hotel in a nice area with good accessibility.
