"That's room was very tidy and clean, the staff was excellent. The amenities were very nice. Overall, the hotel was extremely nice and close to shopping which is always a plus. The only negative thing is the busy street. "

"The only thing was we had 3 people and only had towels for 2 so had to wait for an extra towel set when we just arrived from our 24hr journey & it was @3AM. It would have been nice to just have them all ready so we can freshen up and not have to worry about waiting for an extra set of towels "

"Room was immaculately clean. The only problem on the room was the air conditioner. Impossible adjusting the temperature. The engineering Department tried to do their best but unsuccessful. We were offered to move to another room. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The location stood out for me."
