"Location is excellent for catching public buses to anywhere in London. The stops are across the street. Staff checking us in was excellent, listened to our preferences and coordinated our personal reservations with those of a tour we were linking up with. Breakfast options were too many to list here. They had everything for all tastes, literally. Absolutely love the scent of the lobby and main areas."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay with 2 young children. The proximity of the hotel to the Kensington Garden made it very ideal with young children. Highly recommend, and will book again when returning to London."
