"Amazing stay and wow what incredible staff! The bellmen memorized our names and greeted us by hall name daily. The restaurants were amazing and the hotel was clean. Some of the rooms with interior views were small and left a lot to be desired. Make sure to get a room facing not inside the hotel. Amazing experience at Intercontinetal Hyde park London!"
