"I checked out after a night stay to move to another hotel. Room was cramp, smoky, dirty, damp and dusty. There was no window in the room and the ventilation fan in the bathroom and air-conditioning in the room were very noisy. The towels had stains and were torn with holes and tear. Totally unacceptable staying conditions."
