The bed was very comfortable, love the kitchenett, close to public transport, but pillows were half flat and didnt have welcome book with breakfast forms etc but would return forsure, Jeanette & David.

The lady at check in was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, a person in another unit parked at the front door of the unit and proceeded to fix his car, chatting to his mate from about 10pm to 3am.

This property is not new or modern but it makes up for it in comfort, the beds are very comfortable & the electric blankets ensure you have a snug sleep. The rooms are not fancy but they have everything you need. The staff were truly lovely & went above & beyond to assist us when we had a problem. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We have stayed here many times over the years and the location is convenient for us. The rooms have everything we need. However the rooms are a little 'tired' but everything worked.

My family enjoyed the stay at the motel. Close to the shops. Love that Kmart and china bar are 24hours. Customer service was awesome, very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you we will definitely be back.

If you search for cleanliness, value for money and great service, this is an awesome opportunity! The property is older but the cleanliness was brilliant! The beds are comfortable, all the basics are there ready to go! The kids loved the pool too! Customer service was excellent, super friendly. Good food basically across the road which made life super easy. I’d definitely return!

Friendly, efficient reception, seamless check-in, perfect location for us, clean, comfortable bed, microwave, kettle, etc. What you would normally expect, we suppose. The property isn't brand new; it's a typical and traditional motel. Extraordinarily cost-effective.

Great Stay, Highly Recommended
Enjoyed our stay here very much, spacious rooms, great facilities and close to the shops so we could get anything we needed. Will stay here again when next in the area, that's for sure. Free parking is always great too and this was conveniently located close to the rooms.

I was unable to attend an event in Melbourne as it was cancelled due to COVID restrictions imposed subsequent to my booking the motel. And, as a result I was denied a refund. Trying to even contact a human at Wotif has proved a total waste of time! I have lost over $200 through no fault of my own!!!!!!!

Thankyou for your feedback but i feel this needs to be directed to Wotif as you made the booking online through them. You had paid wotif when you made the booking therefore it is not up to the motel to give you a refund. Perhaps next time you can call the motel.
