Terrible service. Our room did not have adequate bedding for our booking. The staff member, I believe would have been aware of this upon check in, as the staff member was familiar with the room configuration, and read details of our booking during check in. When I returned to the front desk, the staff member offered my multiple 'reason' as to why, none of which were due to the staff member's error. I was told a another bed would be made uo in our room. Then I received a call to the room that we would have to come back to reception to pick up another room key to another room. Later that evening I needed to go back to reception looking for water, there wasn't any in the fridge (or anything else) I was required to purchase the water. On check out, I was stuck at parking gate unable to exit parking, despite having a card. When the gate was finally lifted, I was unable to check out and return card as there was no one at the desk, and the front entrance was locked despite bing told the night before that the hotel has someone on the around the clock.
