Hi Terri. Thank you for your review. We are a bit confused if this is the review for the apartment you stayed in. We have just checked all the things mentioned above and the washer, dryer and heater are all working perfectly. We certainly don't have any Ikea furniture as all of our furniture is proudly made by us down the road and there certainly have not been any pets in the apartment for the last 5 years that we have had the place. We are a small family run business and we checked with everyone if anyone was made aware of any issues while you were staying with us and there was nothing mentioned that we would have had a chance to address. Unfortunately, we couldn't refund the night as your dates changed last minute but other than that, we would have loved an opportunity to address anything else that might have been an issue.
