We were there for the Open tennis and the apartment was an easy 10 minute walk to the Rod Laver arena. It was a similar walk into Flinders Station and the CBD or a three stop tram ride. There is a lovely restaurant next door, the Trend, which was reasonably priced. We were a little unsure when we arrived but as the week went on, we loved the apt more and more. The bathroom is a bit tight but the shower wonderful. The lounge is fairly basic but comfortable with good tv channels. We would certainly return.

This was a lovely 2br apartment in the 20th floor. The heater was going when we arrived and low music playing which wad a nice touch. The rooftop area was also lovely.

I liked how easy it was to access the property and go sight seeing or head into the city or crown. Although the property was clean and tidy it felt a little worse for wear, but that didn’t affect our stay. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Good apartment for basic amenities, however not in the best condition. Few things broken and overall look was shabby. Comfortable big bed was a plus. Easy late check-in experience, great communication from staff. Nice cafe district, but not much else around.

Loved spending the weekend here. Check in and out were so easy and we even got complimentary late check out so loved having a bit of a sleep in on the last day. It was close to public transport and there was free street parking over the weekend. There was also a very nice restaurant and cafe next door so really convinient for meals and coffee.

We really enjoyed this apartment for our week-long stay in Melbourne. It is very close to a tram stop and only a few stops to museums, Chinatown, Flinders train station, etc. The marvelous botanical garden is in easy walking distance. We had a wonderful view of the downtown skyline from our room on the 13th floor, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was especially nice to have a kitchen to make our own breakfast, since all the nearby breakfast spots were closed for Easter weekend.

Great location. Extremely helpful staff. One minor issue with old dirty mark on one of the sheets but overall presentation of room was good. Some balcony furniture would have added to the stay. Easy walk into city and great coffee shops located nearby.
