Impressive rooms with good amenities. Good climate control. They called ahead to confirm check in which was helpful. It was a bit noisy with the loading dock and high winds but overall very pleasant.

Smell from the street prevented me to open the window when the air condition gushed out water. I was offered a different room but higher floor which I was not comfortable with, the apartment seemed to need a good cleaning overall. Kitchen had very good appliances but pots and pan need to be replaced. The fact that there is no one over night to contact is really scary. The staffs were friendly and good when they are around. Rooms were good and very spacious. Having space and kitchen is very big plus and the fact that the shops were very close and train stations virtually right next door is a big plus also.ambivalent about coming back. I had to stay here because this is the option I felt for the venue I was going to attend meetings at.

Hotel location is awesome and great! Local to all necessities around. Literally china town. Apartment condition is not so great. Aircon remotes had missing batteries as well as tv remotes so we had to keep taking out batteries to replace each other. Bed sheets not clean, had stains. We also had to relocate to another hotel 1 day before check out due to no hot water and lifts unavailable. We carried all our suitcases from level 5 to our parking in basement 6 I also had a child with me. Reception was always difficult to contact. No compensation was offered besides relocating to another hotel 30mins aways. I honestly would not book here again.

It's disheartening to learn about the cleanliness problems with the bed sheets, the inconvenience caused by missing batteries, no hot water, and the unavailability of the lifts due to the water leakage on November 27th. The staff worked tirelessly across all levels to assist guests relocating and checking out, but the manpower was stretched thin as this was unforeseen.I'll personally review our procedures to ensure better handling of such situations in the future. The location was excellent, right next to shopping centre with lots of options, although the traffic to get out of the area is terrible. The property have all the necessary amenities however it was not clean, the carpets were stained quite bad in areas. The sound proofing for the window also wasn’t the best, it can get quite noisy at night. Overall I would say it’s not terrible for the price, but I would avoid it if I have another option.

Had an amazing 4 night stay… the room is spacious and 2 bathroom which is compliment the need for 4 peoples. Parking is great, just make sure prebook the parking spot onsite. Location is very convenient with lots of restaurant just downstairs.

A nice, simple two bedroom apartment which works for families like ours. Beds are great, rest of the furniture is rather basic (cheap sofa, chairs on the dining table still wrapped in plastic) but nothing out of the ordinary for this price range. Box Hill is a hotbed of Asian culture so if you love Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese food, it's a great spot.

Great location nice property but it needs to be more look after such cleaning carpets r dusty hallways very dusty not been vacuumed regularly. Glass windows are Smudgy door and door handles very dirty we had to wipe electrical switch’s and door handles ourselves to make feel comfortable. It is a great property but poor house keeping. SkyOne looks greats. Until you see your apartment. No smoking allowed on your private balcony, which isn't really a balcony. it is a very small opening from the master bedroom that just fits two people. completely closed in other than a small viewing area (square whole in the wall). No seating, no great view, and a very cold and noisy reverse cycle air conditioning fan unit taking up most of the space. furniture very basic. bedding very basic. Do not plan to cook in kitchen as what is provided is VERY minimal. advertises to accommodate 6 people. 2 would have to sleep in the lounge on a fold out couch. we booked for 5 people (3 kids) and where not provided with any bedding for the futon. Their is nothing that makes this apartment feel like a hotel room. No welcoming gift, information or anything. Staff are not very welcoming or accomidating You are 30 - 40 min tram/train ride into the city. parking is very far underground in a very tight parking garage which takes a while to get in and out of (we didn't bother taking our car back out once we got it in!). cheap basic toiletries. good pressure in shower, but shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. broken lamp in our room and rubbish from previous guests left in room. does provide dryer which was handy. Pool area is nice but very small. only provided one room key (an actual key! no card) and 1 key fob for elevator use etc... so we had to stay together at all times! would not stay here again.

Good location in Box Hill, central to everything. Weekly (rather than daily) room service not mentioned anywhere, so had to request and collect towels, amenities, etc from the concierge desk. Few maintenance issues encountered, which didn’t expect to have in such a new building. Overall, was an ok experience.

Great apartment in a great location! Box Hill Centro right underneath. Only downfall was very limited kitchen supplies for cooking and no microwave. Also we only had 1 towel provided for 4 people. Asked about more towels and was told coronavirus had impacted this. Communication to BYO towels would have been good. Check out time is 10am however no one was at the desk at time of check out. Also elevators take a very very long time! Over all it wae a great apartment with a great price.
