Absolutely fine for one night but not very clean and looked old and tired. The leatherlook couch was covered in stains and super uncomfortable. Linnen and towels were clean.

Location was great.. tram out the front, awesome coffee shop underneath ( really good coffee & food) plus a really good pizza place. IGA supermarket ground floor as well. Unit was in need of a facelift, carpet worn, kitchen not well stocked, needs more crockery, utensils serving dishes etc No fry pan, one small saucepan… No drawers in either room only hanging space.. ok for a couple of nights but wouldn’t want to be living out of a suitcase for longer. Overall a bit basic and tired but I would still consider staying there again ( short term) Reception were very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever any trouble for them.

We will never return. The photos are nothing remotely like reality. - The front door unlocks when you use the snib lock. We found this out when we left as we needed to go back inside. The lock unlocks itself when closing so you need to lock with a key - Fire alarm is missing – serious safety hazard - The light above the bed has a hole in the wall showing exposed wires - The mechanism on the blinds in the main living room weren’t functioning (we fixed them) - Floors were dirty. There were splashes around the toilet from previous use, the kitchen area had walking marks on the tiles - Hair on the bathroom shower tiles and mould on the floor and corners of the bathroom - Not an appropriate table or shelf in the bathroom so you must put all your belongings on the dirty floor - Towel had a hole in it - There was no doona on the bed, only a sheet. We found a blanket in the cupboard to use but wasn’t actually big enough to cover the bed. We turned the heater on as it was cold and it just smelled like burning dust - The couch is broken. When you sit on it you fall into the seat - Marks all along the walls, broken lights, dirty and dusty heater, water damage to skirting boards - The kitchen and appliances were so dirty - we ended up eating out as we felt sick being in the space. Dirty marks that look like blood on the fridge door. Top of the bin was dirty from prior use. Oven has crumbs and grease all through it and the exhaust looks like it has never been cleaned.

Staff were very helpfull but room was somewhat average..but not too bad for what we paid. Nice bright modern apartment with balcony. slightly rundown with scuffs on walls, slightly dirty fleece blankets in places, hard beds, and wifi didnt work. We didnt spend a whole lot of time there though so wasnt too much of a problem.

This ended up being a good space for a few days. It’s convenient to the tram, and grocery is right around corner. However, my iPhone did not pick up the wifi for some reason. It was very inconvenient. We tried everything to make it work and the staff tried their best to find a solution. I was told some other guests had same problem and they don’t understand why. The person I was travelling with had a Samsung and I worked fine. So each morning I would have to stop outside the office to pick up their wifi.

The accommodation was dirty and smelly. On arrival our accommodation was not clean and items were left behind from previous tenant such as food in fridge, dirty coffee table and nightstands. Bathroom had a urine stench

Amazing Stay in Melbourne
This was the best. If you're in Melbourne this is the play to stay. We arrived in Melbourne a day late due to flight issues but the staff was great. Our apartment was very spacious! It included a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a washer/dryer which was very convenient for us. The internet was alright. The bed was so-so but it did the job. Great heaters throughout the place to keep us warm during the winter time. The apartment was also conveniently located next to a tram stop which was helpful when going into the city. Moreover, there was a grocery store nearby which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with Tribeca. Whenever we go back to Melbourne, we'd gladly stay here again!

You cannot fault the view from the apartment we had it was stunning. We enjoyed it no matter the time of day or evening. Overall it was a great place to get around to everything we needed to do. Rod Laver, MCG, city, parks/gardens, pubs and so much more. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you need but it could do with a little refresh. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and communicated very well before and during our stay.

This place is located in a wonderful location, however the apartments need some well over due TLC. I’ve stayed here 20 times but this was my first stay since 2020 and the property has aged significantly. TLC would get a 5 star rating without it I won’t stay again.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly and didn’t have a lock on the door!!! The cement ceiling made it very cold, no privacy at all! I’m think you should write about the toilet door, so people know before they book, I would NEVER book this property!

On first arrival, it was rather difficult to find and has a lack of signage. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. It was quite an adventure to find the carpark and then the room. When arriving at the room, at first glance it was nice enough however was quite disappointed as it was not like the photos. On closer inspection we found the room to not be very comfortable. The furniture was squashed in, the lounge was uncomfortable and the bed was the worst of it all. The “king size” bed was 2 single ensembles pushed together in both rooms, they were hard, old and lopsided. Basically making them unusable. The only positive I found was that it was close by and within walking distance to shops and the cbd. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and I would try something else in the future.

The apartment itself was clean throughout and had amazing veiws of the city. It was spacious inside and we had a plesent and comfortable stay. Walking distance to the IGA and takeaway shops too.

The standard is below the picture depiction. Bathroom is dated, and a few minor maintenance issues that could not be resolved over a long weekend. Reasonable value for the money just don't expect pristine.
