"There are not enough good things I can say about my stay here. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The room I had was beautiful with a view of the garden and nature surrounding the minoh falls trail. The baths were clean and had supplies for a relaxing time provided. Yuki (one of the staff) was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, she made the stay really. I would highly recommend this to anyone. "

"We had both a great massage in the spa. We liked the variety of hot water baths. We had a special Japanese dinner with 17 pots and pans; quite an experience. It's handy that a little shops in the lobby sell food, drinks, trinkets and souvenirs. I liked my kimono and wished that I could take it with me. Overall a very Japanese experience."

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel. Our private bath was already drawn for us when we checked in and it was the perfect temperature! "The address posted on this website for the property was different from the actual address. I am not sure if this was an issue on the Expedia or the property owner but I was completely lost on the day. It was late in the night and the trains were stopped and I had to walk to the hotel. It was very confusing as the address pointed me to a different direction. I had to ask people on the street to find the place. "
