"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!"

We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice.
