"The property was nice. My problem was with the description of the room given by Expedia. When we arrived at the room I thought I was in a nightmare. It was like a motel room, and I thought wow, this was half price. So I called the concierge and the upgraded my room for a very low price. It was like going from hell to heaven. The room was off the lake and there was a few options for things for us to do. The staff there was very nice and easy to talk with."

"Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch. "It’s not really a resort. The rooms need upgrading but were clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. Ours was upstairs in the north building. It was roomy, with a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, nice kitchenette, a balcony, and pretty much everything we needed. Good deal for the price. "

"The property is connected to MGM Grand so you don't have to walk the strip to get to the action. Even though it's not on the strip, it's near by and tucked away enough to enjoy a quiet night on the balcony. There were some amenities to the room that were not working, but still enjoyable and the property is nice. Overall, the staff was polite and friendly, the room was spacious and well up kept. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again."
