Super surprised with the hotel's staff to amenities to room. Check in and out are a bliss. The staff is also thorough in explaining hotel's facilities and always friendly. There's a drink zone at L1 with alcoholic in certain hours and snacks. The room also had ice bucket and a set of tea, coffee and matcha (with equipment) for us to make. Super awed. Room is spacious!
