We stayed at two different resorts in Nusa Dua and it was night and day. Hilton was surprisingly not that clean. Our bathroom had some mold. The pool didn’t feel super clean. Good vibes. Okay food. Staff sort of slow. I would skip this resort.

Super large property! The most stunning views. Rooms were large and clean. Multiple pools so it never felt over crowded. Variety of dining options which was great. Shuttle to and from Bali Collection which was great though Grab or Gojek was super cheap if times were inconvenient. Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked a family room but were situated in the furtherest wing from the pool area and kids club. I found that odd as you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room so we had to walk 5 mins soaking wet through the resort, main entrance etc with our kids and pool toys etc.

The view from our room was amazing. For the cost per night the room size was not worth it. As this resort had a low occupancy rate at this time they could have upgraded us to a bigger and better room which would have incentived us to cone back to stay.

I absolutely loved the sightings of monkeys! They never bothered us just hung out on some of the roofs or balconies. However, I did not like that security from Hilton Hotel would use slingshot to scare them away. We loved the breakfast buffet we had included, the spectacular views, the different pool options and the restaurants.

We stayed for 6 nights in a pool/ ocean view room in the cliff tower. Generally the room was great, spacious, clean and modern. breakfast was amazing, with so much choice and very attentive friendly service. However we found the menu choices for other meals and beverages expensive relative to resorts in north nusa dua. for example, a sprite was approx $8.5 (aud) including tax and service charge. we just checked into our second resort on this trip, a 5 star property and the same item as a benchmark is only $4.5 (AUD). Similarly cocktails avg around $22 aud. Kids club staff were wonderful and the outdoor play equipment was great but overall it felt a little run down inside. Still fun for kids im sure. lastly, the pool was fabulous but as per other reviews, the beach is open, but directly infront of hilton, swimming is not very child friendly at all with alot of exposed rocks and a small sandy section. There was a section of beach alongside the hilton which seemed to be part of the property but we saw alot of rubbish both on the beach and on the grass area leading to the camel feeding. Walking next door to the Kempinski was much cleaner beach area. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel and lovely staff that made our stay very welcoming. The location is great in the Nusa Dua for relaxation and enjoying the resort and gardens, fantastic pool and great restaurants. (The Only issue was someone smoking at restaurant when eating with our kids). Otherwise was a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this hotel, thankyou and will be back again!

Nice hotel, clean. Facilities really nice. Dining options are too limited if you stay many days. Although staff is courteous it is not organized. We had a triple room and everyday we got only one bath towel. We had a reserved transportation for departure day and evening before we found out we did not have a car. Not walkable to any place. Grounds are really well kept.

I enjoyed my stay being around family and experiencing a new country, however accommodation was not as I expected it to be. The staff was lovely however did not really meet to my expectations simple requests would be delayed the property around was dirty as well inside.

This is a beautiful all inclusive resort on the water. The cooking class was excellent. They also had a variety of arranged Bali tours available and camel rides on the Resort beach. The drawback of this property is that it is in a resort area. It is not the place to stay for nearby shopping, etc. We eventually moved to the Kuta beach area for that.

Staff was excellent Services was good Property is bit poor old. Restaurant and breakfast good Issue with wash basin, could not use, service team tried to fix it but same issue again and again, so if you staying in room 605, make sure you check wash room

This was our first time in Bali since my husband has been a paraplegic (wheelchair user). We chose to stay in Nusa Dua as it was the most wheelchair friendly area and we chose the Hilton for its accessible room and the fact that it had a lot of dining options within the resort as the streets aren’t really an option for wheelchair users. The room was good and accessible for us to use. A few considerations would have made the room better such as the bed not being so high from the ground and providing a shower seat (we had to travel with one so hubby could use the toilet and shower). The hotel’s facilities we all accessible, Paon we had to access the restaurant from the kitchen, which is not ideal and some ramps would be a great, easy solution to resolve this. The other thing that could be improved is the spa treatment rooms. They have stairs to get into these, which are not required and more for aesthetics. Making one of these accessible for disabled/elderly people would be great. They did offer an in room massage option to compensate, but it is just not the same experience, so i had to go alone and my husband missed out. Overall, we would stay here again, the staff were lovely and very welcoming and accommodating to our specific needs. Thank you!!

Awesome hotel with fabulous views and amazingly helpful staff. It's just a shame you have to take a taxi $5 AUD to Nusa Dual beach / Bali Collection to have a range of dining options and markets on Mengiat Street. Highly recommended area for those wanting to see a quieter Bali.
