We stayed for 4 nights in a Family Suite. We really liked almost everything about it. The room was awesome, very spacious with a spectacular view, the buffet breakfast was great, and the pool was lovely and right on the beach (had a little island to swim to and a waterfall to play in). Not too big of a resort, so didn't feel crowded. Lots of little restaurants and shops within walking distance down the main road as well. The only thing that wasn't great was the kids club, the staff member didn't show much interest in the kids and they found it too hot and stuffy in the hut.

Tools are spacious and pool area on beach is lovely, the gym is first class. It probably lacks a little service, if you’re near pool thier no staff to order and drink or meal, you need to go to the pool bar. But for value and 5 star overall it’s a good hotel.note the hotels older style, but kept in good condition, lovely gardens annd pool area with beach.

Horrible! Do not stay here
You have been warned! Super super old and run down hotel and not well-mainainted at all. Wifi does not stay on! All outlet panels to charge device does not work! Towels are stained and frayed. Sink stopper run slow! Toilet interior stained! So not worth it for USD100! Go somewhere else! Do not stay at Hotel Nikko Bali. Not recommended at all. Should revamp! Cheap hangers, afraid guests of stealing it! Pictures said it all for the wall and the furniture and fixtures.. the bin! OMG! No money to even replace it! Wall bubbled, shower head rusted!

Wonderful, will go again
Value for money here is fantastic. Hotel is not brand new but everything functional and good. Bathtub fits entire family, pool and kids club is perfect - even got a fake beach on one side of pool. Breakfast buffet has so much different items. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Old building, room is big but the floor is uneven and need TLC. Bathroom, however, is seems newly renovated, big and nice. Bed is big but noisy. Breakfast is disappointed and very basic. Location is good, a lot of resto and shop around. Total beach front with excellent sunrise. Make sure you book room with ocean view.

Nice enough property, great staff and facilities, pool etc. But seems to be suffering covid hangover (staff cant cope when busy). Not much street action limited eateries, bars etc. Would recommend if you seek relaxed atmosphere without the Kuta type insanity.

The hotel is in need of a major renovation. Our friend’s room had lighting issues and our bathroom had water that leaked from the roof when it was raining. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the room. I just expected more from a 5 star hotel, it’s more of a 4 star. I guess the price reflects the quality. I would stay elsewhere next time

Fantastic location and excellent facilities. Restaurants in the resort were of a high exceptional standard particularly the Japanese and Italian ones. Swimming pool had numerous missing tiles throughout its floor. Beach front is okay but somewhat polluted with floating rubbish, which is typical of other Bali beaches as well.

Look nice on the photos. Facilities are poor and dirty. The beach is terrible. I am very disappointed
