"Definitely COME TO BALI! I did not feel unsafe at any point and drive all over the south side. POSITIVES: Excellent staff. Indonesian people are super nice and respectful. Beautiful resort and located in a nice area of Bali. All 3 pools are gorgeous and many different flavors of food to choose from. They always switched it up. Just know it is more Indian and Balinese food which has lots of spice and curry. NEGATIVES: The “All Inclusive” package is NOT truly all inclusive. I am used to all inclusive where u don’t have to think about where u eat or how much u get. They give u 3 restaurants to eat at but there are 5 or 6. The breakfast is the only buffet style. Otherwise u get 1 entree and one starter which is more than enough. Ice cream is not included. Mixed drinks are good but on the lighter side of alcohol. BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT IF YOUR PACKAGE."

"Everything was perfect on ground floor as we asked for so was easy access to pool. Pool is large and plenty shade, the otherside pool for lazy river area was a fun area , although a bit slippery floor on tiled floor near pool, as a couple of people slipped All in all fantastic place"

"I booked a room with lounge access. It was our lucky day at check in, they upgraded us into an extremely large one bedroom suite with balcony, 2214. Very nice service and all staff are superbly friendly. Surprisingly no mosquito in the entire hotel."

"I was a solo traveler, and this was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the price point the amenities the gorgeous pool sauna steam room, hot tub in the back. I loved my yoga glasses with Awan and water aerobics. 10/10. Also my manicure with Fifi was one of the best I’ve ever had."

"We stayed here for 3 days for the first part of our honeymoon. The room was clean and spacious. All staffs are friendly. There is only one problem I had was the flies in the breakfast restaurant. It’s an open space with food so understandable but maybe there is a way to control this issue."
