Very good service. Everything was clean and tidy. I love Bali and I will definitely come back here. The infrastructure of this resort is amazing. Beautiful views and pools.

Our stay at the Mulia Villas was relaxing and enjoyable. The Villa exceeded expectations & was a comfortable & relaxing space to spend time in. The resort offered many dining, drinking, swimming & relaxing spaces to enjoy. The treatments at the spa were wonderful. The staff in all areas were welcoming, polite, friendly and very accommodating. Especially enjoyed the Living Room. This was a truly relaxing holiday with no real need to leave the resort. Looking forward to returning there again.

Room was average For the money we paid we would have expected a pod coffee machine rather than a plastic white kettle Toiletries were of poor quality, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like straw No bathrobes in rooms The pools were very warm , felt like spas and weren’t a comfortable temperature to cool down Otherwise mulia was very well kept And a lovely resort

We have never stayed in Nusa Dua before and our stay at the Mulia was next level. Staff so friendly and nothing too much of a problem.

I first stayed at the Mulia ten years ago and it was outstanding then. Fast forward 10 years and it is still magnificent the best hotel in Bali. However I do believe that a few mini things need to be addressed. Firstly We we’re celebrating our engagement in Soleil restaurant, food was great but service not so good. We hadn’t finished our entree when out came the main meal. I said we need 15 minutes and they gave us 3 minutes. The second was we walked into the bottom area of the hotel that looks over the beach. When I asked a waitress can we have a table for a afternoon drink I was informed that we are not allowed in that area of the hotel and we must leave now. It wasn’t a nice start on our first day at the Mulia. The rest of the stay outstanding.

Excellent staff service. Picture perfect resort. Reasonable prices for decent food and drinks Rooms were clean and well designed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful at all levels. Location is perfect with great pools and facilities. Highly recommend. I will be coming back in the future

I’ve been to a few resorts around the world, but this one is by far the best. Clean, quiet, approachable and welcoming staff, and beautiful beaches. Excellent choice of food around the clock.

Has to work on better service during breakfast especially when the hotel has high occupancy as people waited in queues in the mornings just for a table and their restaurant manager was very rude when we raised this to him, telling us that we should come at opening time so as to get a breakfast table if we don’t want to wait, rather then being courteous and trying to figure out a ln easier process to avoid people waiting, he opted to give his personal suggestion.

Nice Resort in Nusa
Very nice Resort in Nusa Dua. Well maintained. Exceptional staff service. Food was great at the various restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mulia Resort.

Do not book through Expedia. Poor communication, no confirmation of booking requst. Booked and paid for King size bed. Got two single beds. Best to book directly with resort.

We came to the Mulia for our honeymoon. The hotel is nice however far too big and lacks a bit of atmosphere or finesse. Wouldn’t recommend for couple on their honeymoon. Good options for food in evenings though

The resort is too big and not enough employees; the staff aren’t too friendly. At the end of the stay, they don’t even bother asking how was our stay there, they just straight to the bill.
