"Staff was very kind. They gave a little gift for my girlfriends birthday. They kept the room clean everyday with optional do not disturb button in the room. They also kindly held our luggage after we checked out."

"Had a nice stay here. The hotel was quiet and in a great location close to the Ginza shopping area. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and the area is very walkable. The hotel is also between two major stations, Shimbashi and Ginza, which is very convenient. The rooms are a bit small, but nothing unusual for Japan. The shower though, was amazing - large and great water pressure. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would stay here again."

"A beautiful hotel with amazing views! Room was super clean. Staff were incredible, they were all pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed snacks at the excecutive lounge as we seamlessly checked in. Many options at the breakfast buffet and we loved the perks of the executive lounge. All the staff were amazing but Rudra stood out to us. He was very kind and personable. We enjoyed our chats with him! He loved playing with our baby! Baby crib was perfect for our son. The turn down service was lovely. Amenities including gym and pool were clean and good size. The staff surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake for our 10 year anniversary. We definitely recommend! Can’t wait to come back :)"

"I still gave it 5 stars, but I wish the a/c was better.. few times I was a little sweaty at night. They told me that 21 degrees is normal at the lowest setting but it sure didn’t feel like it. Maybe it was just my room."
