Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. Everything about the hotel was flawless. Had an incredible stay with a superb view of the Petronas Towers. Super convenient to get to KLCC and other shopping areas! It was a restful stay that we enjoyed very much.

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.

Good and clean

It was a luxurious experience, the service was out of this world and the entire property just felt really safe with a super nice view from the room. The breakfast and food were pretty good as well and it was definitely worth the price for the stay if you are looking for something more luxurious. The room was very spacious together with the toilet and there was even a toto washlet toilet bowl!

Starbucks vending machine is a great facility
