"Really convenient placement for this hotel being situated right next to the train station. Pleasant staff and simple check-in and out procedures. Room was clean, modern and comfortable featuring everything we needed. Breakfast option was excellent with plenty on offer too. Really would recommend a stay here, especially given the pricing."

"Positioned beside the Rhine the Hotel affords a panoramic view of the surrounding area, nice food and helpful staff make the Hotel well worth visiting, combined with the lovely town it's a must for travellers. "

"Great location, reasonable price and right above a cool bar/town square area, but there were very limited facilities provided in the room. No soap, glasses or hairdryer etc, so make sure to bring your own! My main issue with the room (12) however was that there was a large gap in the ceiling that opened up to an attic area with velux windows built in. Initially this seemed like a cool design feature, until we were woken up at the crack of dawn by the sunlight beaming on to the bed. In my opinion, an addition of a complimentary eye mask and ear plugs would be very beneficial in the room!"

"I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem."
