This is service apartment
. For the price paid , very disappointed with the breakfast and the rooms. Better to just walk across to opposition stretch for local bf. The omelette totally raw,
The room is huge and that the only consolation. The kettles , cups etc looked used. For the price , I would have expected better.
Maybe my expectations are too high, cos I could have paid same and stayed in a better place.

Newly establish hotel, pretty room interior design, relaxing infinity pool after a hot day of exploring, staff were polite and friendly, walking distance to Georgetown tourist attractions.

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

If you appreciate the history, literary and literal, of Raffles Hotel in Singapore, and project it to Penang, you're "there" at the Seven Terraces. As One who lived in South East Asia decades ago, this is a "beam me up, Scotty" opportunity for time travel. If you accept the proposition that a single overnight experience is severely limiting, give yourself at last two nights, allowing you to "return" to your accommodations at the Seven Terraces and steep yourself in their comforts, both in the...

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. In particular, Kumar who was manning the front of the house and check-in was most accommodating and left an indelible impression on us with his generosity and making the stay most memorable.

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. The hotel is tucked in a corner of the sleepy fishing town with its own clean beach. Getting food may be challenging (there's none directly...

Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea.
We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.

Service at the Jawi Peranakan is first rate - very prompt, attentive and yet unobtrusive from all the staff. Guests feel most welcomed.
The rooms are tastefully furnished with Moorish/Indian accents and the grounds provide a tranquil respite from the traffic outside.
Guests don't have to walk too far for meals and shopping. There is a good mix of high-end as well as cheap dining options nearby. Shops at Campbell Street and Chowrasta Market are about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place. The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Eateries are easily accessible. We were happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Penang.
