Clean rooms, great food & great service from every aspect. Everyone is also just so nice and attending.
The only thing was that the WiFi would stop working at night randomly which was when we’d be in bed & also they didn’t let us check in an hour earlier. But overall 10/10! "
"I love this hotel's location on the beach and in the heart of the bars and restaurants that i enjoy. I don't get the "all inclusive" package because there are so many options off property. I remember 30 years ago it looked a bit tired, and it still is a bit tired with."good enough" repairs evident in and it of the unit. But, i find it comfortable, quiet, good a/c, acceptable water pressure and hot water. The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant Maximilian out front is very good and reasonably priced for breakfast or a gourmet dinner. My only complaint is that the limited number of pool chairs are reserved or otherwise "claimed" early each morning. "
"Beautiful hotel to stay. The infinity pool on the roof top is amazing with a drink and snacks. There are many restaurants as options to dine every night. The spa was great. I used the paddle board once and was fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options for food. What we loved the most is the room. We have a hammock, hot tub, amzing view, mini bar, room service, with smart fixtures. We would like to stay again. "
