We had an amazing 4N stay with helpful friendly staff like Vanessa who pointed 3 hungry travellers who arrived after lunch hour to a lovely Thai cafe. Our puppy was treated like a princess with a welcome bed, a bottle of water and treats laid out for her. The large balcony was a good space for us to relax and enjoy the cold windy fresh air. Downside was a short walk to a small grassy patch for her "toilet" and a challenging car park.

The hotel is so conveniently located and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was excellent as well. The only downside was that the aircon unit had an intermittent sound.

The hotel is well situated, near a metro line and many good restaurants (catering to the North Sydney CBD crowd). Parking is a little of a challenge though, but it is the CBD after all. Great team, during check in and out, spacious and clean room, with modern decor. The one thing they could improve on is better lighting in the bathroom, for overall safety as well as other functions: shaving/ makeup alert at the vanity.

Large, spacious and clean room. Great service from the staff at the concierge. Excellent location, dead centre in the shopping area, easy access to anywhere via Townhall and St James train stations. Only peeve is carrying our luggage up the short stairs to elevators to the rooms.

Really an excellent airport hotel. Walkable to the airport (about 1km) and super well appointed and maintained. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly too.

The room was a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The washing machine was a little wonky, but it worked fine in the end.
The location is super convenient—right near the bus stop and close to Coles, which made shopping easy.
The area also felt very safe, which gave me peace of mind during my stay.

When I made an enquiry n/ or provided feedback , the duty person at the reception counter never failed to revert to me .
