"The room was clean and the lovely staffs were very friendly. I didn't get the breakfast so have no opinion about it. I think there something to improve: It would be helpful if they put an iron and the ironing board in the laundry room for guests to share. They provide the trouser presser, but this thing is not easy to use and take a lot of time. Plus, a microwave in some of the guest floor would be nice. Again, there's a microwave at the reception floor, but it makes me feel not comfortable when I need to reheat meals bought from depachika. And if I did, there were smell!"

"Room was very clean, be it a bit aged in terms of fixtures etc. Nice water pressure for showers. Staff were very helpful and were quick to welcome and greet us. "

"This hotel was close to train stations and some food options. We ate at Ginza6 for dinner a lot and enjoyed their food. High end shopping here. They had only 3 washer/dryer machines. The spa bath was nice as well but also small. Gym was only 3 cardio machines. Incase someone would like weights, there are none. This hotel seemed a little run down compared to the other hotels we have been staying in at around same prices. We did enjoy the hotel overall."

"Absolutely not worth the price. Tiny, outdated rooms that are dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment. For a hotel that cost over $200 USD per night, I expected much better and felt ripped off."
