Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. Overall the stay was good. They were having a eco- friendly promotion where they offered me 2 bottles of wines for not doing house keeping.
Separately, on the last night, a request for a top up of tissue box and facial cotton/ cotton buds took me an unfortunate 3 calls to housekeeping and a 45mins wait to finally get the items. That was very disappointing.

Room was spacious and new. Towels were thick and clean. Hot water for shower were almost immediate unlike certain hotels that take a while to heat up. The breakfast selection must be one of the best around.
In terms of location it’s very convenient and about 3-5 min to Victoria station where you can catch a train to Gatwick Airport. The bus terminal located here also means many buses end here.
Becos the hotel is rather big and strangely designed, it can be a challenge walking through a maze...
