First class condition, the property is newly built and is well maintained. Close to the airport. The big issue is parking which is limited and could require parking offsite at an extra cost.

We booked a studio apartment and it was amazing. We had a kitchen with appliances that was sufficient for us to do simple cooking. Washer and dryer were also working well. This is important as we were travelling around New Zealand for 15 days and the washer and dryer was one of the amenities that we looked at when booking this apartment. The location of the property is at a peaceful and quiet place with great views as well. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment.

Great hotel/ apartments to stay at, great view if you face the Remarkables. Rooms very modern, tidy, spacious and clean with full amenities. Parking can be difficult if the place is booked up and parking in the lot isn't cheap. Fortunately I only has to use that option once. Staff super friendly and welcoming

Perfect place for a cozy stay and for a family. Attached kitchen was quite a handy for a little one. Loved the stay overall. Only one drawback was there is limited parking and if you don't find one then there are only paid parking options nearby.

Hi Lohesh,The parking is an issue in general in Queenstown but we have 38 free parking spots at our hotel and paid parking lot 20 meters away for only 10 per 24h which is the cheapest one in town. We are emailing this information to every guest one week prior the arrival to keep everyone informed. Please contact our front desk if you have additional questions.Kind Regards

La Quinta at the remarkables was a convenient and clean hotel for us. While it wasn’t within walking distance of queenstown it provided a easy connection to the airport.

Good if you need to stay near the airport, but far to walk from central Queenstown. Lovely views of the Remarkables. Parking situation is not ideal. Sally at the front desk was lovely and gave us a very thorough run down of everything upon check up.

My stay at La Quinta hotel was excellent! The hotel was clean and tidy, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The free parking offer was a fantastic bonus. Not forgetting the mountains view from the rooms are main highlights of our stay. I highly recommend La Quinta for anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

This property is at the foot of the Remarkables, and within walking distance of a shopping area. The amenities aren't great, no microwave, minimal furniture, not even a chair to sit in, just a stool. Although I had no trouble parking they can't guarantee it which was a bit stressful. Finally, unfortunately for me I was in the worst room they have, ground floor, next to the lifts which were noisy first thing in the morning with ppl wheeling luggage out of them, plus a beautiful view of the carpark and bins. For my experience I'd call this a nice motel, it was very disappointing for me.

Great location near airport, but definitely need a car for longer term stay. Upgraded to an apartment suite which was really nice as we were able to prepare healthy meals. Also has an in-suite laundry. Friendly staff members at the front desk.

We loved our stay at this hotel! we stayed in the 1 bedroom room, which was really nice. it had a spacious living room with a kitchen with all the needed supplies as well as a dishwasher! The in-unit wash and dryer was super convenient. The hotel felt very new and modern, and was very clean. We had an amazing Mountain View as well, which was super nice to wake up too! The one small downside was parking - we stayed 3 nights and luckily got free parking for 2 nights (we arrived around 6pm though). It was a $10 fee for parking next to the hotel in the event you didn’t get the free hotel parking, and the lot felt safe (in the Salvation Army parking lot). Staff were really friendly and the cookies in the lobby were delicious.
