Large 2 bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer. Very clean and roomy. We were only there for one night, but we would’ve been happy to stay for longer.

property was not certainly value for money spent. given laundry and dryer they both seems outdated making weird and loud sound which can disturb guest next door. amenities provided were less then what a normal motel can provide

Fabulous location, easy 15min walk to Queenstown Airport, supermarket 5mins walk with lots of dining options. Thai restaurant within the building was so good we stayed 2 nights and went twice!

Gross, dirty and smelly hotel. Don’t stay here!
First room they gave us was filthy, moldy smelling and carpet was shredded, stained and so disgusting I had to ask for another room. First time in my life. Second room was cleaner and didn’t have to mildew smell but still dirty with crumbs on the couch, food on the walls above garbage can, a fingernail clearly in the middle of the floor and a white some sort of stain on the couch so I spent a long time just whipping things down just to put our stuff down. Also just used our personal towels to lay over the couch to sit on. Again, I have never had to do this in the past.

Average standard
Bed was comfortable. Location great as close to airport and supermarket. Tissue still under the bed so vacuuming may or may not not have been done. Kitchenette was pretty basic. Plug for the sink was broken so it couldn’t be filled to do dishes. We used the dishwasher even though there was only one detergent tablet supplied. Our room had a locked connecting door to next room, so this affected the sound proofing from guests next door. No windows that opened so the room felt quite stuffy. Quiet from outside noise even though close to airport.

Fantastic
We booked a studio room last minute and we're upgraded to a 1 bed apartment upon check in. We were advised shortly after booking that there were some issues with aircon in some of the rooms but our room had no issue (possibly the cause of the upgrade). Parking was super easy and the room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the planes take off at the airport as well. Perfect spot to finish our NZ holiday (and had plenty of space to repack for our flight!)

This hotel is right across from the airport, close to all kinds of shopping and the bus stop. (Get a bee card and you can ride into Queenstown for $2.) Room was clean and large, but showed some wear. It was a wheelchair room and as such, it didn’t have a place in the bathroom to place toiletries. Washer/dryer was hard to figure out settings. The shower was great, however. Nice thick towels too. Kitchen area was nice. The sitting chair was in an awkward spot underneath the TV, but it was comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly. Cleaning crew very nice too. It worked out well for us. Parking was free underneath the hotel, but might be hard to find a spot at high season. Oh, there was also a great breakfast cafe in the lobby, as well as other restaurants in the same building.

Look for remarkables view room
It was such a nice place if you want to stay at remarkable park which is like 10-15 mins drive to Queenstown city centre. They even gave us a room with remarkables view which was cherry on top

Our flight (along with many others) got cancelled and so we had to find a hotel to stay at. This hotel was not our first choice but there weren't many any others so we chose this for convenience. It is a fair hotel given the price and the room. If I had a choice, I would probably never choose to stay here again though since the room was very small, dirty and rather tired. The main perks were the amazing restaurants which are connected to this location: the cafe, the burger place and the thai restaurant all contributed towards this being a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and tried their best given the circumstances so I did feel welcomed by them.

This is a perfect location for easy access to the airport the night before you fly out. Plenty of food nearby if you dont have a vehicle. Small cafe downstairs, open for short hours, but a nice pizza place open at night. The room had everything you needed, washer and drier, comfy bed and small fridge, and tea and coffee. Didn't hear the airport noise, so that wasn't an issue either.

Location was good for us. The cleaners were slack, I had the card on the door in the morning and early afternoon my room was still not cleaned that was annoying so I didn't brother. When I didn't have the sign out one of the cleaners tried to enter my room whilst sleeping in the arvo, they were random. I will get a room with a balcony next time because the room was so stuffy and needed air. The cafe downstairs was delicious.

Excellent property ( apart from the dead deer’s head in the foyer) with great facilities and easy access to shops, the airport and dining. Lovely staff but my spare blankets were not clean. Otherwise great and I’ll stay there again

what was stated on my booking for 2 king beds turned out to be 2 queen beds which when sisters are sharing can be challenging, had this been communicated we might have chosen something else but the nail in the coffin for this establishment would be quite literally that, a nail sticking out of the dining room chair that ripped my husbands brand new jeans and after repeated attempts to seek a resolution about this the “manager” not once had the decency to respond, we will never stay with them again. the cleaning staff were very accomodating as was the front desk but cannot make up for the lacking experience in other areas including the dryer that you needed ear muffs to turn on

Handy but a bit tired.
This hotel is showing signs of wear with dents, badly worn carpet and painted walls that need a refresh. I appreciate with Covid its been hard to keep up with R&M but at a very high nightly cost one expects a bit better presented hotel. The ventilation system is extremely loud making it hard to sleep yet the rooms still had a slightly unpleasant smell despite have ventilation that sounds like a plane taking off 23/7. The hotel is however extremely handy to shops and airport so meet my business trip requirements.
