"Everything was fine . One thing I noticed: strange behaving several people entered hotel and helped themselves to breakfast leaving promptly. No one stopped them or said anything. I suspect they were homeless. One was wearing dirty house pants. One noticeably had some mental condition twitching and talking to himself. I would prefer staying in a place that caters only to paying guests who are verified with ID "

"breakfast very good; service very good; shuttle good; prefer it to be around the clock…staff friendly, helpful… location good, safe; appreciate the Bayshore pathway behind the hotels…kitchen staff works hard to keep food on display; it’s rude of hotel guests to leave their plates, glasses and mess behind on the tables for staff to clean up… there are no signs indicating that guests should clean up after themselves but really they should be observant and be courteous to the kitchen staff…. overall, a wonderful stay"

"Me and my boyfriend enjoyed and loved our stay for a weekend getaway. I wanted to recognize "Mucha" on the service desk. Her customer service skills is just superb. She was professional and friendly at the same time. We will be back for sure."

"Everything was clean and bright. Beds were very comfortable. Elevators were fast and often empty, all worked. Shower had great water pressure and two shower heads. Service was friendly and responded to text messaging fairly quickly. The light switch inside the door allows you to signal dnd or housekeeping and a colored light shows outside the door when chosen. No more door hang tags!! The one disappointing thing was regarding the room's television. There was no way to stream on the TV and the channels offered were limited. No way to watch Netflix or Prime at all, though wi fi was excellent. "
