Quiet and cozy resort

The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service team is friendly and efficient. The room is fantastic. Bright and spacious. Amenities are good. Super clean. Very comfortable pillow. One of the best stays.

We got a party of 5 and stayed in a double storey room in the tower building which is spacious and nice. There are restaurants, amusement park, and other activities available. we went in summer so there are no skiing; instead we took the gondola to mount Yotei where you will certainly enjoy the beautiful view! Ice cream available at the top too. We were helped by a Chinese speaker bellhop; can't remember her name but she was friendly and helpful.

Great service, staff all very helpful. Very comfortable room. Family onsen is a good amenity. Ski-in/out location is excellent and convenient. All ski requirements were organised at the hotel. Main restaurant has good food but the ambience could be better in the evening.

The log cabin lodge is run by Sasaki San and his mum. Lovely people. The place was clean and very quiet. All we heard were the birds and great view of the lake. Sunset made the island shine and a rainbow to appear. Since the cabin is surrounded by nature, just keep the insect screens in place when the verandah doors are open and all is good. A nice place to experience living like a local. An easy walk to Lake Toya. Remember to see the fireworks at 845pm.

Great location! Room also had a great layout and spacious for our family of 3. Service was great, the only thing i find needs improvement was the breakfast selection. Quality and variety of food can be improved. But overall satisfied and happy.

We drove into Niseko so can't comment on the shuttle service. The apartment is brand new with modern facilities such as a coffee machine and Apple TV. On one of the nights, our radiator wasn't responding and it took the staff (Alex) just 10 min to pop in to check on it although it was pretty late, around 9pm. The place is a short 7 min drive away from Hirafu and Annupuri, and there is ample parking just at the apartments. The only comment we had, which was also reflected to the staff is the...
