"Very friendly and helpful staff always making sure we had everything we needed and stocked in room. Food was top notch especially in the reserve restaurant. The spa was one of the best I’ve been to with the cedar sauna and the very knowledgeable staff. Daily activities where sometimes less then expected around the pool and pool was very warm at times but all in all not much to conplain about."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! We originally booked a room with a balcony but were pleasantly surprised to receive a suite with pool access as an upgrade. The only downside was that the pool connected to our suite was adults-only and my daughter is 15 so she couldnt use it. Fortunately, we were still able to enjoy the other pools throughout the property. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The food was decent—not anything amazing, but we ate on site several times. The property itself is huge, with multiple pools and plenty of beach chairs to choose from, so it never felt too crowded. Overall, the hotel was clean, safe, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!"
