Murano is a lovely escape from the masses in Venice. NH is a new hotel a couple of minutes walk from the vaporetti stop Navagero. The hotel also has a private pier n is a great place for photos at sunset.
Lots of shops n cafes around. Receptionist Sophia was especially helpful.

Wonderful service. Hotel is a bit far from the centre but has the charm of being by the coast, a great breakfast and service. Room was a bit tight but as to be expected in Venice. Would return

Upon arrival, we were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. The room was big with free coffee machine and umbrellas provided in the room. The food and restaurant recommendation from the front desk staff was always delicious! Thank you very much for making my stay at Venice an amazing one!

Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average

1. Hotel is in very convenient location, near to vaporetto station (Ca'D Oro)
2. Excellent service provided by Hotel Manager (Mr Darwin), with his recommendations of good restaurants for dinning and his constant smile that makes you feel so welcoming from beginning to the end of stay.
3. Hotel is very clean, good spread of breakfast, very friendly service staff.
4. Cannot find any fault with this hotel ;-) Definitely highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Venice, Italy.

Our 2-night stay was absolutely fantastic. It is simply a 2-min walk to St Mark’s Square, the city centre. The hotel furnishing exudes amazing Venetian vibes. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, providing us with info on the public water buses and route to Burano that we enquire about. The breakfast spread was also amazing and the food tasted really good. The hotel provides a free boat ride to Murano to visit the oldest glass factory (no obligation to purchase anything) and you can...
