"Staff it’s ok I guess but the hotel I mean is not a hotel just some made up building into rooms , most without a bathroom in the room and given no choice or tell us there’s no bathroom when booking Windows don’t close all the way and can hear all noises outside and cars driving all night The building itself smells very bad The double bed is basically two very very old mattresses put together and caved in It seems like some World War Two movie situation . It’s not a hotel !!! It’s some kind of apartments put together with fake made up metal stairs ."

"Not great. Two room bookings were made, both costing exactly the same but one was much bigger than the other which meant a very small double bed was all that we had to sleep in. This wasn’t helped with the room having the heating on and not able to be we turned off, the shrug and a pointed finger at the weather was the only communication from a staff member. We opened a window but the noise from the railway line next to the hotel meant for a restless night. The bathroom light also didn’t work, the kettle was not able to be plugged in on the desk (I had to use the bathroom plug and rest the kettle on the sink!) The breakfast was ok, fresh fruit yogurt and typical continental cold meat and cheese but no cooked eggs etc. The coffee wasn’t great either. The staff, even though not able or willing to help with room problems, were polite and apologetic. "

"Hotel is a little gem. On a quiet street with a lovely green garden/parking area in the back. Breakfast was abundant and wonderful, especially served by the warm and welcoming Grazia and her colleagues. Sweet park with tiny carousel and lots of children at the end of the block. If you master the bus network the area is well served, and even without, almost everything is still in walking distance. We would gladly return."
