"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and quiet..a nice size room and enjoyed the fresco on the cieling. Very walkable. It only took 15 min walk to the train station. We enjoyed the area, and the many dining options. The gelato shop by the river (around the corner) was great. "

"We absolutely adored this hotel in every way. The views were not to be believed. It was only a 10 to 15 taxi to anywhere in Florence. Heavenly. My only suggestion is please add a shower curtain to the bath/ shower area so the water doesn’t spray all over the bathroom. Otherwise, this place will exceed anyone’s expectations and dreams! "We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was not in the tourist area, rather with the locals but walkable to all the key locations. The staff were amazing and did a great job getting us oriented to the city. They provided us with phenomenal recommendations for food. We tried almost all of them- we loved each one and greatly enjoyed the atmosphere. They also gave us activity recommendations. We felt very blessed to have such a great experience and largely due to their staff’s recommendations. We had friends who were in town the same days as we were but didn’t eat as well as we did. It is a bit of a walk to the main attractions - maybe 20 min. We enjoyed the stroll, crossing the bridges and taking in the sites. The room as nice, spacious by European standards. Very clean. AC was ok, but we are American and are used to freezing with our AC in. Matress was very firm- probably my only negative. We have friends traveling to Florence within the next year and strongly suggested that they stay here."
