"Lejligheden var perfekt. God plads, dejlig seng og ikke mindst en hyggelig stue. Jeg kunne dog godt have ønsket mig, at der var lidt rengøringsmidler når man skal bo der i 6 dage. Der var også kun 1 bade håndklæde pr person. Der var ingen personlig service og dermed ingen fleksibilitet. Underboen røg, hvilket kunne lugtes i vores soveværelse. Dog hurtig og upersonlig svar på whatsapp "

"On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable.
On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher.
Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé.
J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "
