"The hotel is located in an ideal spot. You can walk to the mall, the parks, downtown shops. My room was clean with a cute welcome plate of fruit and then daily chocolates! The staff was very kind, helpful and respectful. The pools are fabulous. I ate at their bar and had a welcome drink—everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel. The best part of my stay was the spa treatments! I went three times and enjoyed each treatment Miss Silva and Michaela were awesome."
