Not much lighting around the hotel at night. Quite a walking Distance and the road was bad from airport to hotel. Staff was unfriendly and not welcoming .

Great value. Easy to go to from the airport: 7 minutes walk from JR Chitose station. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Plenty dinning options around. Japanese breakfast is very good.

Convenient to get to from airport via taxi or train. Shuttle only drops you off at the airport, will not pick you up from airport. Rooms are a little small but good enough for a quick stop for a single night.

The price is right cor this hotel including breakfast. It is a 10 minute walk from the Chitose Train Station, which is 2 stops from the airport. Cost is under 300 Yen. Rooms are slightly larger than your typical Japanese hotel. There is a microwave oven for guest use on the 4th floor. Breakfast is not buffet style but you choose 1 of 3 options. Both western and Japanese are available. As mentioned by other reviews, free airport transportation is available only from the hotel to either domestic or international terminals. It operates on a set schedule and you register with the front desk. Operates from 06:30a to 10:30a every 40 minutes. Staff spoke English.

The staff at check in were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not a lot of english spoken but lots of pictures for aid and smiles. Room was very small and dated but comfortable enough. No transfer from airport to hotel which i thought was strange but transfer back to airport was easy and free. For the price for one night it was good value. Breakfast was pretty good and affordable at 750 yen each with a choice of Japanese or western food.

room too small and pricely, also not near to any transportation, except free car park. Not recommended except if u need to stay near Chitose airport to catch your flight

Suited for morning flight. 20m by free shuttle bus. Staff don’t speak English. Nothing bad.

The free shuttle bus operates every 30 minutes from 6.30 am to 10.30 am and arrives at the airport in about 20 minutes. Also, please do not hesitate to drop in anytime when you stop by Chitose. Good location, Unfortunately I misunderstood airport shuttle service only to airport with no pickup. Luckily bus was easy with help from kind stranger .

最悪な対応のホテル
１月以上前に予約したにも関わらずランドリーの隣の部屋 洗濯、乾燥中は、臭いが室内に流入してくる。 利用時間が２２時までにも関わらず２３時になっても洗濯が続いてうるさい。 フロントへ22:30頃に「利用時間が過ぎたにも関わらず洗濯乾燥が終わらないのでどうにか対処してくれ」と連絡するすると、「２３時まで待って下さい。それでも終わらないときには、対処します。」と約束したにも関わらず２３時以降もなんの対処も無し。 部屋移動も対応せず最悪な宿泊でした。

10月にしては異常な暖かさでしたが、夜ともなると肌寒いのですが、エアコンが冷房。フロントにたずねると、まだ暖房にはしてぃないと言われました。 寒いようでしたら毛布をお貸ししますがと言われたが、まだ早い時間で寝るわけでないのでお断りして震えていました。 体感温度に合わせてエアコン調整ができるようにしてほしい。
