Heritage suite is roomy with a huge bathroom and a comfortable bed. Location is fantastic with walking distance RSW and the beaches.

Very nice place to stay! Kids friendly! Staff was excellent and helpful. Diners a la carte and buffet were outstanding. Only bad thing was the breakfast organisation... we had to queue every morning to access the breakfast area: not enough tables for all the guests.

The room I stayed in this Hotel was spacious and quite convenience to play around in Sentosa. However, the sky pool on 4/F is a bit old, small and no view.

The check in staff was polite. Even though some other guests tried to interrupt and cut the queue, the staff handled it well. Check in time could be earlier or check out time could be later. Likes : a family hotel with a great pool, great service & nice ambience. Dislikes : - no minibar so fridge not working. Price of hotel was jacked up high during peak season.
