Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Easy and quick check in. Clean and comfortable room. No issues at all with facilities. Easy access to the adjacent mall with reasonable food options. I would be happy to stay here again.

Room and amenities new and sensible. Love the architecture of the hotel. Service is good. Understandably the F&B offerings are under-appreciated at such a location in view of the many available options in close proximity. Great hotel location too, with public transport available very close by

Located in a quiet place. There are taxis waiting outside. Wifi was good. Our 2 units of 1 bedroom were upgraded to a 3-bedroom & a 2-bedroom. That was extravagant! Quiet corridor. Quiet surrounding. Far from busy streets outside. Breakfast was good, located on 48th floor with a good view. Gym was located on 48th & 5th floor. Room was equipped with everything we needed. Reception was polite, prompt & efficient. We couldn’t log in to wifi but was rectified within 5 minutes. My guests were happy...

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

Fantastic location, walkable to the main malls with some good food nearby. Recommended stay.

We are large family with 4 young boys and the staff where really great with them. We had connecting rooms and they were on the large side. The buffet is best for breakfast and lunch - the dinner was a bit pricey. The second night we went to the connecting mall and had hawker food which was great. We went to the water park next door - tickets were on a high side when the water park is a bit dated but the kids had a wonderful day there. We will be definitely coming back.
