"Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage."

"The room was modern and clean. The only issue -- the A/C is very noisy. Set both the fan & temperature to lowest setting to get the noise level down. And also plan hectic activities in city so you come back to your room exhausted able to sleep through anything. :)"
