We got upgraded to the family room, which was more spacious. Towels were fluffy and clean. Hot water in the shower was great! Overall convenient hotel location.

My sec time staying in Royal Plaza! Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!

MRT with in walking distance. Bus to airport. Bus to high speed train stn.

-modern, clean, functional room -big shower, good pressure, but shower temperature unstable -helpful staff -microwave, big fridge, very useful hot/cold water dispenser (in executive suite) -not exactly close to public transportation, but hotel provides shuttle to MTR station and Airside mall between 10:00 and 20:30 -nearby mall with supermarket and a few eateries -surrounding area is remarkably modern, spacious and relaxing for HK -rooftop pool is great at sunset, but has no shades during the...

We love this hotel and the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Mr Eddy the front manager was so friendly and offer us a room upgrade. They also help us to booked a Taxi to airport. We will return to this hotel our next trip to HK. thank you.

Everything was great - great location, newly furnished and clean, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located near mtr. Only one small feedback is the pillow a little too soft for me 😅

Great location with plenty of amenities

Was upgraded to a bigger room and really loved the smart design of the room. One of the best hotels in Hong Kong with a great view to see the sunrise in the morning. Really well-equipped and had a lovely stay!

The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The size of the room was great. They give kids amenities such as kids utensil and kids bedroom slipper. Only 3mins walk to MTR station and there is ding ding tram right behind...

Great new hotel! Only comment will be that the pool opening hours should be longer

Not my 1st stay at Eaton. Room has improved and staff were friendly, housekeeping is great. Guest lifts can improve further but it’s less waiting time compared to my last visit. Will consider coming back again.
