The hotel was in a very nice location away from the busy city. Everyone that i dealt with were wonderful to me and helped me when needed and I really needed help during this stay!!! The Coronavirus Alert!!!!! Property was in good condition, liked my room and breakfast was good as well!!! The people were wonderful to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ホテルの環境やサービスなどはすごく良かった。一方で、エクスぺデイアの対応が酷かった。新型肺炎の関係で帰国日が早まったため、ホテルに相談したら、エクスぺデイアからの連絡が必須とのこと。海外からエクスぺデイアに掛電するなど必要な処置をしたが、キャンセルがうまくできていない模様(エクスぺデイアからは連絡すら来ない)。どうやったらキャンセルができたのだろうか。海外でホテルを予約するときには、(特に、)日本人はエクスぺデイアを使用しないことを薦めます。これまでも海外のホテルを予約していて、緊急な事態に遭遇したことがるが、アゴダなどは、きちんと対応してくれます。

前台部門應變能力有待改善. 第一件是最後入住日, 房卡不能刷進去, 然後我要來來回回走三遍才行. 第二件是處理退房時, 前台同事不知道我已經預付了房間價錢, 還要我入住第一天時付了一次性的人民幣2500元押金, 到了最後退房時, 前台同事才知道是多收了本人的押金. 讚好的是
