Great location, has 2 big shopping plaza nearby with plenty of dinning options. Hotel is little outdated, but staff are very welcoming & rooms are clean. Good value!

Not what I would expect from a RadissonCollection hotel, credit cards (despite having no problem on credit limit) declined, staff unaware and apologetic about inability to use Applepay for small issues. Staff Unaware of Unionpay/Apple link. Overnight ok but carrying your complimentary toiletries in the elevator to the room in a £90+ per night hotel in Shanghai????

The property is good and the location is convenient with lots of walkable shopping and restaurants. The staff is ok and the service can be improved especially at amenities such as business center hours, breakfast selection

The best!
Great service! Very comfortable and clean. Very secure. Had nightly live music in the lounge. Ate at several restaurants. Food was excellent, especially breakfast and Dynasty restaurant. Will stay again. Very convenient location too.

1층 로비와 식당 사진만 보고 믿고 갔다가 굉장히 실망한 호텔 이었습니다. 객실이 작고 리모델링 오래 하지 않아 오래된 객실 이었습니다. 에어컨을 켜니 오래된 기계에서 나는 소음이 굉장히 심했습니다. 욕실 깨끗하긴 했으나, 오래 되어 때가 낀 부분이 보였고, 오래된 욕실 이었습니다. 가성비 좋다고 봤는데 3만원 더 추가하여 다른 호텔에 묵을 것 입니다.

Good location, OK service, can be improved (ordered coffee during breakfast and 2 days in a row they forgot about my coffee) Iron in the room was not the best quality (burned my 100 dollar shirt) The A/C was noisy

Very Clean of room. Great service and location.
Everything is beyond satisfactory. There is only one minor item could have made improvement. The quality of the comforter, down comforter for its puffy, light, and warm.

Ok place to stay in Shanghai.
All clean. Service was ok. Not good. Not bad. The place is aging and needs a facelift. Shiny surfaces are scratched and full of fingerprints. Silicone gaps are deteriorating. Staff can be a little overwhelming, especially at breakfast. Which is not so bad.

OK stay for short time.
It is an OK hotel to stay. Food is expensive, I have sushi for first dinner, not that good with price. Good breakfast and clean room. I think this should be 4 stars hotel not 5 stars.

Was staying the 1st few days in Zhongshan then later moved here for 1 night. The Zhongshan area is better and has the train station in the basement. The taxi driver did not even know this hotel when I gave him the hotel card to return after dinner :)

Great business hotel with professional service.
Efficient service and very professional staff. As I am a regular customer, they kept my record on my room preference and always entertain my request for late check-out. The only complaint is that the room rate has soared over time quite substantially.
