Some rooms are a little old and would need to be redecorated but it is quite okay and Sentosa is my favorite option in Nanshan. Great service, creful staff, spacious well equipped rooms, even the area is great

Nice modern hotel

Convenient, gd location
The hotel s located at convenient area, only few mins by walk fr metro Taoyuan stn. If coming fr Shenzhen Bay custom, can take bus 90 to metro Window of the world stn and taje the green line to Taoyuan, only 4 stops. There r quite some resturants nearby. Hotel s under renovation. Room s spacious w kitchen. Only one thing not being happy is hotel didnt reply my message.

Good: Large, comfortable room. Great breakfast! Need improvement: Only 2 items in minibar. Slow WiFi. No access to TV HDMI ports for watching movies on personal device.

Good location, good sized room but need much impro
I was a little disappointed as the hotel was a little dated. There were also a knack of staff who could speak English which was an issue. The location was good with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store right outside the hotel. The metro is only a few mins walk and there were few shopping malls that were only a few stops away. For the price this hotel was a decent stay for our business trip. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something mid price in a good location.

Nice new hotel
A nice new hotel in shenzhen Nanshan. It is so close to the metro station. Hotel staff are nice and holelpful. They arrange a quiet room for me. Room is spacious and cozy. There is a microwave oven. There's a small patio that I can hang my clothes in the sun. Nice! BTW, the swimming pool is quite new and well maintained.

Close to Shenzhen University
This hotel is the nicest one within walking distance of Shenzhen University. It is relatively new and the facilities are nice. There is a city park very close for walking or running. I stay here every 1 or 2 months and always feel welcome.

a wonderful family stay
It was my 2nd stay in the hotel. The staff knows it's my daughter's Bday and they prepared a bday cake for her. Also, when we celebrated in the hotel room, I asked for a lot of things: plats, bowls, red win glasses, and for several times. They never complained but sent those stuff to me asap.

Nice Hotel, Close to Transport
The room was lovely and was cleaned immaculately every day. We don't speak Chinese, so there was a bit of a language barrier with most of the staff, however Danny and William (who could speak English) were extremely helpful. The hotel is really close to the metro, nice food and a couple of relaxed bars. The pool is huge and has amazing views of the city. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient to Shenzhen University
I chose the hotel because it is near a research lab I run in Gao Min Cun nearby. I like the kitchenette because I don't enjoy eating out by myself. The lobby layout is just plain weird but you get used to it. Also the taxi drivers mostly can't find the entrance without help.

Good Hotel offering value for money. Roomy Hotel accommodation of international standard with staff very helpful, however it would help is more of staff could understand different languages (English). Missing internally, a bar and choice of restaurants (one only open). Like most hotels in China, need English TV channels.

A hotel employee really wanted to carry my luggage up to my room, so I relented and let him. The hotel room came with a shaving kit and toothbrush, among a few other items in the shower room. I appreciated that they had a USB cord with a few types of USB connectors attached, plugged into the wall. I was able to charge my cell phone easily. There was construction going on early in the morning nearby (unrelated to the hotel), which sometimes woke me early. The hotel room had tea and instant coffee packets.

A top 4 star hotel
Very clean in general (especially the bathrooms!) compared to the rest of the hotel stays we experienced on our trip to China. We stayed in a superior double room the first night, and on the subsequent nights, stayed in a gigantic three bed/two bath family suite with the rest of the traveling crew. Our only complaint is that when we looked under the bed the first night, there was a layer of dust and heaps of trash which seemed they haven't swept for weeks/months. Also, we felt slightly misinformed that the pool was under construction and wouldn't be open until the summer. Other than that, the breakfast was next-level amazing, the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, and the small gym they had was decent.

Terrible staff and service.
Room are generally in new and great condition. However, management does not really use their brain. They shut down the air conditioning in public areas, including the gym, at 7 pm. Asking them to turn on the AC apparently requires the owner's approval. Such a ridiculous and simple issue should have been fixed from the beginning but apparently no one realized it's a problem. Staff was terribly unwilling to be helpful. Typical Chinese hotel management... Severe lack of power to staff.

我訂三人房，到了飯店說要多收我兩百元人民幣每晚，我懶得跟他吵，就同意給飯店多收每晚兩百元的加床費用，但是竟然加床的床是很搖晃的很便宜的行軍床，讓國二身高175公分的孩子整晚都睡不好，翻身就搖晃的厲害，隔天去換其他的房間，竟然也沒得換，讓我們這次真的快崩潰了，因為孩子去練棋，需要睡眠充足！
