The hotel is walking distance to the exhibition convention centre, and nearby amenities was good too. The service from the hotel staffs was very good, they will go the extra miles to assist their customers. Will definitely return again.

When I booked, I had specify there were 4 adult. When I arrived I found out the suite was not really design for 4 adult stay so we had to add two beds. The added beds' condition was not at the best condition. The springs on both bed were all worn. I am surprise Expedia and Wyndham had allow me to book a room design for two when we have a party of four.

Issue with cold water
Excellent overall, however we had an issue with cold water, there was no cold water from 6am to 12pm, it was unacceptable and sanitary was a big issue. Breakfast buffet needs a lot more desire. They need to provide wider selections.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff
Very good breakfast buffet. The cooks must be very good. I found many dishes were all very well prepared. The rooms are comfortable. Low points are: hotel’s Wifi was exceedingly poor. The regular telephone in the room is also very poor quality: very noisy with static noise that I can’t call housekeeping. By the way, subway construction is on going while we stayed, but no noise pollution. Only in and out of the hotel could be messy. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel located at the heart of Shenzhen. The service is 5 stars, and it is also quiet - so great for working professionals. The rooms are great and definitely 5 star quality. The location was great since it is right next to the Yiwu market. However, the breakfast buffet was sub-par. When you get tired of the local Chinese food, go to the mall next door (the one where McDonalds is) and eat at the Mado Ice Cream restaurant. They have pizza and other Mediterranean food. We ended up eating dinner there every night.

The hotel room was not cleaned. There was some scent of cigarette right after I entered the room and acknowledged that I have requested for a non-smoking room. When pulling out the mini bar folder I found out there is some sticky, oil-like material underneath, showing their lack of attention when cleaning the room. Also, the room was paid on Expedia when booking, but somehow the reception charged my card even after I clearly stated the payment was made beforehand.

Nice hotel. Next to the exhibition center. Close to Starbucks. Location was fantastic for me. Very clean. The friendliest staff ever. Mr. Hassan was really helpful with all means and he solved many problems for me with non hotel related issues (thank you so much). I forgot my passport with money on the table and nobody touched them. Electrical blackout curtains. I haven't eaten in the hotel so I cannot rate it. The only disadvantage which really don't have anything to do with the hotel is, currently they are building a new subway in front of the hotel (the closet subways is 3 minutes walk) so I might be noisy. Other than that, I'll be back to this hotel whenever I go back to Shenzhen.

The room was the best room I have ever had. Great view of the city, nice layout, functional, attractive, clean, classy. The location is across from Gangxia station for easy train usage. The location offers lots of services and restaurants within a block or two of the hotel. Central Park is nearby for a walk. Everything was as it should be. Staff is a little light on English, but functional enough.

Was going to use the bathtub but there was dirt in it, apparently the staff didn’t scrub the bathtub beforehand.

We got upgraded to executive floor , very nice! Nearby to MTR station, just 5 mins walk, Nice! The only point was bad is the washroom got bad smell when checking in.
