Keihan, Shigi-Ikoma Skyline hotels

"Staff members were very helpful. The room had an amazing view of Osaka (we were on the 29th floor) Then room conditions were very old. Carpet looked dirty and there were multiple food and food stains still stuck on the bed runner on 2 of the 4 beds in the room, unsure if it was ever washed. Overall would not book again. "

"Hotel main lobby and amenities are as they post on the website but the rooms are outdated. The room had a sofa in it and it had stains on it. The carpet had bad patches and holes floor. The location of the in hotel is convenient to shops and nearby sites."
