From the fantastic selection to breakfast, to the impeccable cleanliness and helpful staff, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Truly superb.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It is a 8-star hotel! 1) Super clean. Guests leave their shoes at the reception. You wear socks or go bare feet everywhere in the hotel, including the restaurant. 2) Indoor and outdoor onsen with natural spring water. And sauna too. 3) Free use of the massage chairs. Although only 2, I never had to wait long. 4) Free ice cream all day long and free dispenser drinks after 8.30pm. Free ramen supper after 9.30pm. 5) 3 washing machines (free) + 3 dryers (nominal fee) 6)...

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F.

Good location...friendly staff...clean...good food

Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids...

The hotel offered a clean room, great dining options in the area and a convenient location made getting around easy.

The hotel feels very new and chic! I stayed two nights and loved it. Located within walking distance from Osaka Station, as well as Nakanoshima Park which is lovely for a stroll. There are early morning coffee options nearby (Glitch, Brooklyn), as well as a Family Mart just downstairs. The hotel bar is a nice spot to relax in the evenings. Room is spotlessly clean, well designed, comfortable and has good sound proofing. I slept very well. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel was situated on top of a subway line. Not a fantastic location but I would said it’s is a good location .

Located in Namba and really near Den den town, there were multiple stores nearby that had plenty of food and entertainment options. Amenities were great, service staff friendly; with water dispensers and vending machines located on all floors, making it convenient to grab drinks.

Room is clean and the location is convenient

The room was spotless. The blind was a blackout blind, which meant that we could sleep in. The amenities provided were excellent as well; moisturising cream etc... It was also conveniently located from the subway exit. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Osaka.
