"Very convenient location if coming from Haneda Airport; ride a single train line that's 1 express or 3 local stops past Shinagawa Station. The hotel is right under Aomono-yokocho Station!
The room is slightly bigger than a standard Japanese business hotel, and there is a decent buffet-style breakfast that's included with the room."

Although we needed to change train at Shinagawa (Yamamoto line) and travel further for another 2 stops to reach Aomori, where the hotel is, it was totally worthwhile. The hotel surrounding is quiet and peaceful and family friendly, we rested very well away from the busy cities, yet not too far away. :)

Just opened a few months back so I booked this. Could see many family, couples and business travellers here. Check-in by a machine reader, you just need to scan your passport. My luggages were delivered from previous hotel and they were in the room already. Efficient. The cleaning is every two days. Pajamas, towels, shampoo, shower gel are provided. Toothbrush and everything else are self pick up at the first floor just like other hotels. Too bad no shower caps. They don’t have baby cribs but i...

To have visitors pick up the toiletries from the lobby is an excellent idea to reduce wastage of resources. The toiletries were of good quality. Hotel is conveniently linked to a Family Mart, making any snack and supper purchase convenient. The breakfast has a good spread too.

I stayed for five nights in three different rooms. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable, although the room felt a bit small for two people. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby starting in the evening. In terms of location, it's quite a walk from the hotel to Shinagawa Station.
