"I had a wonderful experience and this has become my new favourite place to stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and very professional. Our room on the 13th floor was fantastic! spotless, warm, quiet, and equipped with great amenities. We felt completely at home. The hotel’s top-floor bar offers an incredible view, and the location is perfect for nearby cafés and public transport. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. Looking forward to returning soon!"

"We expected the room to be small as it was in the City of London, but it wasn’t quite a capsule hotel. However the inconvenience of only one of us being able to move at a time in the room was more than made up for by the brilliant staff. Special mention must be made of the excellent Parveen - an exceptional member of the reception staff who made such a difference to our stay. The man is a treasure!"

"Nice sized room. Good sized shower. Pretty good breakfast (slightly stale croissants and weak coffee _but_ nice meat and cheese). Quite busy even before 730am. The check out staff were very helpful - and polished. I appreciated some of their kindness as I headed away from the hotel (thanks Diago). The location is good (essentially above a tube station), and while the hotel was busy my room was quiet and the bed comfortable. I slept well. The amenities were on the limited side (even for a budget hotel), but .... I would stay here again."
